I was thinking about how every time I knew exactly what I wanted on my canvas, the painting turned into a complete disaster. No matter how much I try to plan out my piece, the minute my brush hits the canvas, it does its own thing and I can't really control much. Trying to make the piece work with the interior is extremely difficult. In this new project, I'm working on transforming one corner of the room and bringing in elements of moody eclectic in.
